## QIP and the receiving channel

KPS99TV’s guide defines QIP as Qualified Investment Project and identifies CDC or the relevant Municipal-Provincial Investment Sub-Committee (MPIS) one-stop service as the channel for eligibility and document enquiries. Business registration, sector permissions and investment-project status serve separate purposes. Confirm the project category and submission requirements with the applicable service.

## Separate company and project information

The guide describes an English form separating company name, registered address, shareholders and directors from activities, total investment and funding, site, construction and production dates, products and HS codes, annual capacity, markets, staffing, energy and water. Registered capital differs from total investment, and initial capacity from full capacity. Use the form’s currencies and units and actual project evidence.

## Annexes and checklist-language differences

The form has annexes for equipment, production inputs, process flow and key input consumption. The checklist covers statutes, identity documents, site tenure or leases and building/equipment layouts. Its Khmer corporate-shareholder section separately lists a request to convert an ordinary company to QIP; the English page does not. The pages are not identical, so confirm the attachments applicable to the case.

## An export date is not an official new-edition date

The source explains that application files are DOCX exports of Google documents. The export date identifies the copy, while the checklist gives no original publication date. The 2023 handbook provides background and the 12-page investment-law file is a briefing, not the full law. The KPS99TV guides were published on 20 October 2026 and read for this page on 28 October. They do not replace authority checks before filing or promise approval.
