On October 28, 2026, Hem Vanndy, Minister of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation, met with Silke Röfer, German Ambassador to Cambodia, to discuss strengthening cooperation to support domestic enterprises, develop quality infrastructure and promote investment. The minister commended the German government for its strong partnership through GIZ and Germany’s national metrology institute (PTB) in enterprise development, standards and metrology.
