Thailand hosted the meeting.\nThe Cambodian delegation was led by Lieutenant General Pov Heng, commander of the 4th Military Region and a co-chair of the special meeting. Lieutenant General Boonsin Padklang, commander of Thailand’s Second Army Region and the other co-chair, led the Thai delegation.\nBoth sides agreed to maintain regular contact between military regions, military areas and units along their border, and to work to resolve all issues peacefully and avoid clashes.\nThe two sides also stressed the importance of strengthening contacts at every level to build trust and foster good neighbourly relations.
