Siem Reap and Phnom Penh also made other lists.","body":"The Cambodia Tourism Board said Angkor Wat topped Tripadvisor’s 2025 Travellers’ Choice Best of the Best list for attractions in Asia.\nThe Asia Top Attractions awards recognise popular natural and human-made sites based on feedback from people who visited in person.\nAbout 49,300 travellers chose Angkor Wat on Tripadvisor, reflecting its reputation among visitors from around the world. Bayon Temple ranked 17th with recommendations from more than 20,800 travellers. The results brought Cambodia further international recognition.\nCambodia also appeared in other Tripadvisor categories. Siem Reap ranked fifth among Asian destinations, 10th among cultural destinations worldwide, 14th among destinations worldwide and 15th in Tripadvisor’s 25th anniversary list.\nThe awards underscore Siem Reap’s popularity in Asia and globally. Its World Heritage sites, museums and ancient carvings offer visitors a rich and memorable cultural experience.\nPhnom Penh ranked 17th among trending destinations and 18th among Asian destinations. The results reflect the capital’s appeal and range of activities for international visitors.\nThe 2025 Travellers’ Choice Best of the Best awards recognise destinations, hotels, restaurants and attractions that received high Tripadvisor ratings over the previous 12 months.
