Cambodia’s prime minister arrived at Tianjin Binhai International Airport and was welcomed by China’s ecology and environment minister.

Preah Sihanouk Provincial Television, August 30 — Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet led a government delegation to Tianjin Binhai International Airport, beginning his visit to China. Chinese Minister of Ecology and Environment Huang Runqiu welcomed him on arrival.
The visit was principally to attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation Plus meeting, with the aim of deepening regional cooperation and strengthening the China–Cambodia strategic partnership. He travelled at Chinese President Xi Jinping’s invitation, which the station said reflected closer high-level exchanges.
The station expected talks to address regional security and opportunities for economic and environmental cooperation.
