Takeo Governor Vy Samnang directed the authorities in Bati, Samraong and Prey Kabbas districts to publicise the restrictions so residents were aware of them and complied.\n\nThe notice said individuals and organisations must not operate drones or model aircraft or release balloons without authorisation during the period.
