Anutin pledged full investigations into fraud. The report cites assets worth about $386 million seized and 30–40 billion baht in funds linked to illegal mining identified.

Thai Prime Minister Anutin today reiterated the government's tough stance on fraud. Speaking to the media, he said: “Whoever they are, anyone engaging in fraud in Thailand will be thoroughly investigated by the government in accordance with the law.”
The government has released a list of fraudsters and the flow of funds, and has seized assets linked to the cases, including houses, land, yachts, shares and cars, worth a total of approximately US$386 million.
Anutin also said police had identified 30 billion to 40 billion baht in funds linked to illegal mining and would continue their crackdown. He said that even if fraudsters tried to flee into Thailand after facing action abroad, Thai authorities could swiftly arrest them through targeted deployments.
