A Cambodian senior official reported nine civilian deaths and 46 injuries as of December 10, with 127,133 people displaced and 635 schools closed across four border provinces.

As of December 10, 2025, nine Cambodian civilians, including an infant, had been killed and 46 injured in indiscriminate Thai military shelling and bombing, a senior Cambodian official said in a statement reported by Cambodia’s Ministry of Information. The report said Cambodia was gathering evidence to bring a complaint before the International Criminal Court, of which Cambodia is a member.
The official said this armed aggression had caused severe damage and displaced 37,115 families, or 127,133 people, including 58,603 women and 21,974 children, across Preah Vihear, Oddar Meanchey, Banteay Meanchey, Pursat and Battambang provinces. The report also said 635 schools in four Cambodian border provinces were closed as of that day, interrupting education for more than 160,000 students and affecting 5,441 teachers. By Nget Pisant.
