Police searched a house in Prek Pra on March 24 and seized computers and phones; the investigation remains ongoing.

On March 24, joint Phnom Penh enforcement authorities, acting on instructions from Governor Khuong Sreng and police chief Chhuon Narin, raided a house in Prek Pra commune, Chbar Ampov district, targeting suspected illegal lending and online fraud.
Police detained ten Vietnamese suspects, nine of whom had passports. Officers seized nine all-in-one computers, four desktop system units and ten phones, initially identifying the location as a suspected base for illegal high-interest lending and online scams.
The house on Road 369 was temporarily sealed. All suspects and seized evidence were transferred to city police for further investigation, which remains ongoing.
