Sihanoukville station and the Southern Line

KPS99TV’s land-travel guide, published on 14 October 2026, describes Sihanoukville station as the southern terminal of the Phnom Penh–Sihanoukville railway route and mentions arrivals from Phnom Penh, Takeo and Kampot. The coastal-location source also identifies Phnom Penh, Kampot and Sihanoukville as nodes linked by southern rail services.

Passenger operator and bus-area information

The land guide records Royal Railway’s statement that its two passenger lines from Phnom Penh include the Southern Line. It also lists bus and minivan travel from Phnom Penh and describes Giant Ibis’s Sihanoukville departure point as near the Autonomous Port area. That is an area description, not an exact meeting point or a ferry boarding location.

Separate passenger and freight enquiries

The coastal-location source explains that passenger fares and timetables are not freight quotations. Rail handling, last-mile haulage, cargo types and available services require confirmation with the operator. This page preserves the scope of those published sources; it provides no fixed departures, fares or guaranteed connections. Sources were read on 28 October 2026.
