Scope and operator
This policy covers the public pages of the KPS99TV website (KPS99 Media Television Co., Ltd), including kps-tv.com and kps99tv.com and their www domains. The legacy APP original is retained separately and is not a list of current website features.
No account is required to read public news and guides. Staff login and access controls belong to restricted management systems that are not open to ordinary visitors.
Information when you visit
To deliver pages, maintain security and investigate faults, the website and its infrastructure services process network request information such as IP address, browser information, request time and address. Server logs may also contain this information.
Basic page counts record the page path, language and a random event identifier for deduplication. They do not use a persistent visitor identifier or analytics cookies. These counts are separate from the optional Google Analytics 4 service described below.
Search terms are used to perform your search and may also be saved in browser local storage, history or the address. Please do not enter passwords, identity document numbers or other sensitive information into search.
Information you choose to provide
When you contact us, contribute material, send feedback or apply for a job through published email or social channels, your name, contact details, materials and correspondence are used to handle that matter. Please provide only what is needed and avoid unrelated sensitive information.

Browser storage and optional analytics
The website saves language, some search or browsing state, display preferences and your analytics choice in your browser. You can clear site data in browser settings; some preferences will then need to be selected again. Adding the website to your home screen does not install the legacy APP.
Only after you allow analytics does this website enable Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic sources, page visits, content discovery interactions and clicks on official social links. Google processes related device, browser and session information. Our integration does not send search terms, form content, email addresses or access tokens, and does not enable ad personalisation.
You can decline or withdraw consent with the button below or “Analytics settings” in the footer, without affecting browsing. The website also disables these analytics in response to browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals.
Our GA4 cookies are configured for 180 days and may be renewed during use; this is not a universal retention period for server records. Withdrawal stops future GA4 tracking on this site and clears accessible related cookies, but does not automatically erase historical data already processed by Google.
External services and information handling
Loading images, videos or other network resources may send requests to their providers. External social, map or merchant links lead to services governed by their own policies. System sharing is handled by your browser and the app you select.
Infrastructure, email and analytics services may process data outside your region. See Google’s official explanation below for its processing practices.
Information should be retained only as needed for the relevant matter, security operations and applicable legal requirements. Periods vary by record type and service. Contact us to check the retention or handling of particular personal information; cookie expiry is not the retention period for all data.

You can clear browser site data, change analytics preferences, or contact hello@kps99tv.com with requests to access, correct or delete information about you. Explain the matter and provide necessary contact details. We will handle requests according to applicable requirements and records we can verify, with appropriate identity checks where needed.
Minors contacting us or submitting personal materials should seek help from a parent or guardian and avoid providing unnecessary personal information.
When website features or information practices change, this page will be updated with a revision date. Where new consent is needed, it should be obtained separately; continued browsing is not treated as consent to every form of processing.
KPS99TV Annual Membership Terms
Paid membership also requires records linking your account to Stripe customer, subscription, Checkout session and invoice identifiers, payment confirmations, renewal cancellation status and membership periods. These records support subscription delivery, payment reconciliation, disputes and necessary accounting retention. Stripe processes card information entered on its hosted pages. Free-newsletter consent and paid-membership consent are managed separately; canceling membership renewal does not automatically unsubscribe you from the free newsletter.
