These terms cover the public KPS99TV website (KPS99 Media Television Co., Ltd), including news, travel guides, organisation and team information, recruitment, merchant listings and related links. Public content can be read without registration.
Historical terms for the legacy APP, community features and paid subscriptions are retained separately. They do not mean those features are available on this website or authorise website subscription charges or automatic renewal.
News, translations and corrections
Read news with its publication date, event time and cited sources in mind. Positions, statistics and circumstances in historical reports may not reflect the present. Translations should aid understanding without changing facts. If languages differ or you suspect an error, please send the article link and specific passage for editorial review.
Travel, recruitment and merchant information can change. Confirm opening hours, prices, conditions and contact details with the relevant provider before travelling, applying or transacting. Website content does not replace professional advice tailored to your circumstances.
Sharing, quotation and intellectual property
You are welcome to follow and share our reports through page links, sharing tools and RSS. Preserve attribution and do not excerpt or alter content in a misleading way.
Rights in text, images, video, logos and third-party material belong to their respective owners. Reproduction, translation, adaptation and commercial use must follow applicable law and any relevant licence. Contact the rights holder where permission is needed. These terms do not exclude uses permitted by law.
For a rights complaint, provide the relevant links, an explanation of your rights and necessary contact details. Do not volunteer identity documents or sensitive material unrelated to the review.
Responsible use and security
Do not use the website for fraud, malicious code or infringement, or disrupt service by bypassing access restrictions, attacks or excessive requests.
Public access does not grant access to management systems. Staff and partners must use restricted systems through authorised accounts and workflows, without sharing credentials or exceeding their permissions.
External platforms and merchants
Social, map, live-stream and merchant links may lead to third-party services. Those providers are responsible for their own features, transactions and information handling.
A listing or “verified” label is not a guarantee of every transaction, product or fulfilment. Confirm terms with the merchant and do not pay unidentified accounts solely on the basis of a website listing.
Changes and responsibility
Maintenance, network problems or third-party failures can make some content temporarily unavailable. Please report page, link or content problems through our contact page.
We update the website as operational needs change. These terms do not guarantee that every item remains unchanged or that service is uninterrupted. They do not exclude responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law or your statutory rights.

KPS99TV Annual Membership Terms
Price and automatic renewal: Annual membership costs US$19.99 per year. By confirming payment, you authorize annual renewal until canceled. Checkout shows the amount due for this purchase. Your card issuer may charge separate currency conversion or transaction fees.
Activation and member content: Once the website confirms payment, membership is attached to the account signed in for this purchase. My account shows the membership period. Member content consists of exclusive editorials and analysis actually published in the member area; see its current catalogue for available content. Public news and the free daily newsletter remain separate services.
Member voucher offers: Members may participate in partner-merchant voucher offers introduced from time to time. Each offer states its eligibility, merchant, quantity, validity and redemption conditions. No vouchers are available when no offer has been published. The annual fee is not prepaid spending credit, and no fixed voucher value or voucher in every period is promised.
Canceling renewal: Open billing management from Membership in My account to cancel before your next renewal. After successful cancellation, annual renewal stops and paid membership continues until the expiry date shown for your current paid period. Canceling renewal does not automatically issue a refund.
Payment issues and refund requests: For duplicate charges, unauthorized payments or inability to access a service you paid for, contact hello@kps99tv.com with your account email and relevant invoice identifier. We will review payment and service records and address your refund request or restore service. Refund outcomes depend on that review and applicable consumer rights. Do not send full card numbers, passwords or verification codes.
Payments and personal data: Stripe processes payments and billing management. The website uses account identifiers, email, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, invoices and membership periods to activate and manage service. It does not store full card numbers or security codes. The website privacy policy and Stripe privacy policy also apply to relevant data processing.
Service changes: Changes to price or material subscription conditions will be clearly communicated before a subsequent renewal, with a way to cancel renewal. A paid period is handled under the conditions confirmed at purchase. Separate voucher-offer rules are shown before participation.
