Preah Sihanouk Provincial Television, August 28. The previous day, chargé d’affaires Jiang Nan met a joint delegation from the Hong Kong Police Force and the Independent Commission Against Corruption at the Chinese Embassy. Jiang conveyed Ambassador Wang Wenbin’s welcome and praised both agencies for their contributions to the practice of One Country, Two Systems and Hong Kong’s rule of law and integrity. He said the embassy would support Hong Kong’s distinctive role under that framework and help deepen practical cooperation with Cambodia in support of the all-weather China–Cambodia community with a shared future in the new era. Hong Kong Police Assistant Commissioner Tsui Sheung-yee, ICAC Principal Investigator Miranda Cheung Ka-po and other delegates said they would build on Hong Kong’s links with mainland China and the wider world, strengthen cooperation with ASEAN counterparts and explain Hong Kong’s experience with One Country, Two Systems and the rule of law. They offered anti-corruption and law enforcement training for friendly countries including Cambodia through the Hong Kong International Academy Against Corruption and Hong Kong Police College.
