On October 21–22, 2025, H.E. Mang Sineth, Governor of Preah Sihanouk province, held meetings with investors from four companies in Shanghai to build investment connections and attract investment to Cambodia, particularly Preah Sihanouk province.
The four companies were:
Shanghai Environmental Protection (Group) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Water Investment Group Co., Ltd., which works on environmental projects and innovation, wastewater treatment, water reuse, solid waste and new energy distribution.
Huangshi (Group) Dairy Co., Ltd., a leading integrated dairy business listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
Shanghai EnSiKai Investment (Group) Co., Ltd., a major automotive and machinery enterprise involved in industrial equity investment and machinery manufacturing. It brings together capital resources, supply chains and technical expertise to support long-term growth.
Zhongang Technology Co., Ltd., an integrated electric vehicle manufacturer producing electric tricycles, electric vehicles, lighting appliances and special-purpose mobile vehicles, with capabilities in design, research and development, components and complete-vehicle standards.
The governor also participated in an investment networking forum to attract capital.
