On October 23, 2025, H.E. General Tea Seiha, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence, led a high-level delegation of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces safely home after attending the second special meeting of the Cambodia–Thailand General Border Committee (GBC) in Malaysia. Cambodia’s Ministry of National Defence expressed its profound thanks to the Malaysian government and Ministry of Defence for hosting and providing strong support for the special meeting, including the preparatory meeting of the Cambodia–Thailand GBC secretariat teams held from October 20 to 22, 2025.
