On Friday, October 31, 2025, Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence General Tea Seiha led a high-level delegation to the 19th ASEAN Defence Ministers' Meeting (ADMM) at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre in Malaysia.
