On the afternoon of September 12, 2026, during his state visit to Cambodia, H.E. Min Aung Hlaing, President of Myanmar, visited ancient Khmer temples in Siem Reap province, particularly Angkor Wat and Bayon Temple, two of Cambodia’s renowned ancient monuments.
The temple visit took place during his two-day state visit to Cambodia from September 11 to 12, 2026.
