Greater convenience and less time spent! Residents can apply for Khmer national identity cards, renew their validity and collect their cards at the identity card service offices at AEON Mall Sen Sok City (AEON2) and AEON Mall Mean Chey (AEON3). On November 1, 2026, both offices continued serving residents, helping them complete the required procedures and obtain identity documents for everyday needs.
The offices provide services from Wednesday to Sunday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day.
The Khmer national identity card is an important official document confirming each citizen’s identity and Cambodian nationality. It is also a necessary document for accessing public and various private services in accordance with applicable law.
Residents with questions, difficulties, requests or feedback concerning identification services can call the toll-free hotline 1271 during business hours from Monday to Friday, or use other communication channels.
