A report of a passenger allegedly paying US$5,200 instead of 5,200 riel for a Sihanoukville ride has drawn attention. A circulated PassApp booking showed 2.42 kilometres and eight minutes. At the time of the report, no formal platform or party response had confirmed the case.

MPTC warns that attachments with certain extensions can steal data or install malware

The Ministry of Post and Telecommunications warned users about attachments sent through Telegram and other messaging apps with extensions including .exe, .bat, .vbs, .ps1, .sh, .msi and .scr. It advised checking file sources and extensions and keeping antivirus software updated.
